15 minutes of yoga to start and end my day makes up for not drinking any water until 4:45pm right? 🤦🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️
I know it doesn’t; water is important and I must do better. But honestly, that little addition of yoga to my daily routine makes the start and close to my day that much better. 🧘🏾♀️
