It became official that we’ve lost one of our ECE’s (early childhood educators) to virtual school. I feel for this educator. Since the start of school in September, she has been bumped around from teacher to teacher, classroom to classroom and back around again five times. As she’s about to begin her sixth teaching assignment tomorrow, I wish her peace and stability, something that’s been hard to come by this school year.
I also found out I have to provide online learning for our students in limbo; the students who are awaiting virtual school but are no longer coming to face-to-face classes.
Whenever I get into a manageable groove ‘they’ go and switch up the program on me. I gave up on getting ahead a while ago. I’ve been content taking things one day at a time but even that seems to be too much to ask for. 🙄
